Teamwill buy ORCA and create Teamwill Digital

TEAMWILL  confirms its strategy of supporting its clients in their digital transformation and the launch of its TEAMWILL DIGITAL by announcing its project to acquire ORCA GROUP, a French company of about fifty employees, offering digital solutions to the Finance Industry, Financial Institutions, Banks or Automotive Captives.

ORCA GROUP has about fifty references mainly composed of banks or financial institutions, automotive groups and captive car companies, enabling it to generate a turnover of almost 3 million euros in 2019.

Established in the Paris region since its foundation in 1995, the company has a Development Centre in Morocco and a Maintenance Service Centre in Tunisia.

ORCA ‘s offer is mainly based on 3 major activities:

• Training, thanks to its ORCA LMS (Learning Management System) platform, which allows you to remotely organise, mobilise, support and train sales networks in real time, at any time and wherever they are.
• Sales optimisation through the implementation of the tools necessary for the configuration and financing of a car or equipment (cars, motorcycles, yachts in particular), accessible on any digital medium (web, Android iOs, tablet). ORCA Cerise 3.8 is involved in all stages of the business processes of networked financial institutions (financing simulation, client relationship management, editing of financing offers and contracts, file archiving).
• Management of sales efficiency thanks to ORCA EFFICOM, allowing the monitoring and management of client orders up to their invoicing, the piloting of sales (landing, margins, commissions, products, services, etc.) and the dematerialisation of client files that can be shared between the different actors of the network.

This acquisition is part of TEAMWILL ‘s strategic plan, which began two years ago, integrating the diversification of the services offered and in particular the support of its clients in their digital transformation project.

The component tools in the ORCA offer today will singularly contribute to the development of the panel of solutions offered by TEAMWILL DIGITAL, thus accelerating the creation of value for our clients.
