Teamwill confirms its ambition for European leadership in the leasing market with the acquisition of ARC Global Services

Teamwill, a leading partner for credit and specialized financing solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of ARC Global Services. Founded in 2021, this IT services company is recognized for its expertise in business process outsourcing (BPO), service center management, and IT consulting in the leasing sector.

This acquisition strengthens our strategic position with our clients and expands our service offerings, particularly through the integration of ARC’s IT CDS and BPO activities. These new competencies perfectly complement our existing portfolio and enable us to address all our customers’ needs. By integrating these new activities, we are now able to offer end-to-end solutions, from consulting and implementing innovative solutions to outsourcing business processes for our entire leasing sector clientele, thus opening new market opportunities and perspectives.

The expertise of ARC’s 60 employees will enhance our capabilities, particularly in service center management and IT consulting. This merger represents a genuine opportunity for synergy, combining ARC’s technical expertise with Teamwill’s strategic vision.

Driss Hazzaf, President and Founder of ARC, will remain engaged in leading the company’s activities and will contribute to the growth of the leasing offering for the Teamwill group.
